Pitch travel stated by Thrustmaster.
Pitch is the axis that makes or breaks a landing, and it's where this yoke puts its money. The pendular mechanism and the long throw give you room for small corrections in the flare instead of a twitchy nose, and Thrustmaster lets you set the resistance with 2 to 4 springs.
Roll and pitch run on 16-bit Hall effect sensors, according to the manual. Add 6 axes and 18 buttons and there's room for trim, autopilot disconnect and the views you'd otherwise hunt for on the keyboard.
6.7 kg is the heaviest stated weight among our yokes, so give it a solid desk. The two throttle axes on the base let you take off without a separate quadrant on day one. Later, a proper set of levers is the natural add-on: Thrustmaster sells a TCA Yoke Pack Boeing Edition with a quadrant as a separate product.
For pedals, Thrustmaster's TFRP ($129.99) are the first set to look at: on Xbox, they plug into a compatible Thrustmaster stick or yoke rather than the console.
